Step-by-step process of establishing a company:
The minimum share capital of a Limited Liability Company (SL) is €3,000, that of a Public Limited Company (SA) is €60,000.
- Request to reserve the company name to the Government
Certification with a validity of 6 months from its issuance, wich will crate, during its validity a reservation of the company name in favor of the future grantors of the deed. - Request to the Government for foreign investment authorization
For foreign investments with a participation greater than 10% of the share capital. - Opening a bank account
- Public deed
To establish the company, the public deed of incorporation of the company is granted before an Andorran notary. - Registration in the Registry
Registration in the Registry is mandatory and the company will acquire legal personality upon registration. - Tax registration to obtain the tax identification number
